PSR/SNR Workshop - Banquet
The workshop banquet will be held from 7:00-11:00 PM, on Wednesday, August 15,
in the City View Room on the 60th floor of the
John Hancock Tower. The
banquet is included with the workshop registration. Additional guests are
welcome at a cost of $60 per person. Payment should be made
though the registration page for the workshop.
The John Hancock Tower offers breathtaking views of Boston and the
surrounding area; on a clear day you can see Cape Cod and the White
Mountains of New Hampshire (bring your camera and binoculars!). The 60th floor
observatory (well, not an "observatory" by astronomer's standards...)
also contains exhibits describing the construction of the Back Bay area of
Boston.
The John Hancock Tower is within walking distance of the workshop site.
