ANCHORS version is coded with 4 parts, separated with a decimal point:
- source detection/regions version
- yaxx version
- post_yaxx version
- unused (web version?)

e.g. Trumpler 14 was processed on Jan 23, 2006 using ANCHORS version 2.1.1.1

Current production version - as of Aug 30, 2006
3.2.1.1c fully-auto processing tests (with good ellipses)
- web version 1c is a temporary designation to indicate
  cstat results are displayed.

Changes between versions are tracked below.
Minor versions can be designated with lower case alphabetic
 characters (a-z) if absolutly necessary.
Test versions can be designated with a 't' following the version number.
