When you halt a machine, you are prompted to enter a reason, which is logged.

This has a fighting chance now of compiling on Solaris.  I haven't tried it,
the solaris mods came from elsewhere.  Same for DEC.

Only simple Makefiles are included now.  No installation is handled by the
Makefiles.

Program in development
----------------------
conview.c is a program which can monitor the log files and show several
windows at once on a single terminal window.  It was never complete debugged,
and dumps core occasionally.

Terminal Server Support
------------------------
The file termservmail contains email sent to me regarding modifications
to support terminal servers.  I have never tried them.  There are also
other modifications which may not (or may) be desireable.
