Ice cream in 20 seconds, with chefs Nick and Roger


1. Mix in *metal* pot:

2 pints heavy cream
1 bottle Karo clear corn syrup
1 12 ox bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 12-oz jar marachino cherries, drained
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp almond extract

2. Begin pouring liquid nitrogen

3. Stir like hell for 20 seconds. Use a *wooden* spoon and keep pouring.
