*wcscoord* --- all purpose coordinate conversion

This task converts between any pair of the available coordinates:

logical

raw pixel coordinates of current image or image section

physical

pixel coordinates of original image from which current image was derived (logical if no blocking or sectioning have been performed)

world

sky coordinates

tv

pixel coordinates on the tv ( SAOimage) display. These will logical if an image section is specified as input to the display task.
