Aspect Errors

Unlike most previous projects, in the case of the ROSAT HRI, we have well documented evidence that aspect errors can be as large as 2 to 3 times the FWHM of the PRF. Therefore, the simple requirement that joins two detections which have a celestial coordinate separation of less than some fixed quantity, will not suffice.
