Similarity of PSPC and HRI Flags

Every effort was made to use flags the same way for the HRI and the PSPC. The following list gives a brief definition of each flag and also gives any differences between the usage for each detector. Note however that the actual algorithms employed may be somewhat different. The precise descriptions are given in 'flagset.hri' and 'flagset.pspc'.

Notes:

VI = visual inspection; when VI = n, the flag is normally set only by the algorithms. The left hand character in the VI column refers to the PSPC, the right is HRI.
Flags are all T/F (not qualitative flags).
Flags are warnings about reliability of parameters.
Flags are NOT definitive statements about source reliability.
