Due to a change in funding priorities, the Funtools experiment has
come to an end. I enjoyed working on this project tremendously,
especially the opportunity it gave me to help so many of you with your
data analysis needs. It was a lot of fun.

John Roll in OIR (author of the fitsy library that underlies Funtools)
has agreed to maintain Funtools at a low level (i.e., he will ensure
that it continues to build on the Linux and OS X platforms, but he
will politely ignore bug reports and enhancement requests). Starting
on Monday, Funtools will be available at:
