Text and Txt Library

The Txt and Text classes are simple classes to handle a few things often done with text. The Txt class is the base class. Text is subclassed from Txt and has a few things added on; it is essentially a catch all for odds and ends. It should probably be in a separate library.

The resultant library is available as -ltext; the library include file is available as <text.h>.
