rv2fits - Convert from an RV format to an ACIS level 1 format.


SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

The program converts an RV format to an ACIS FITS level 1 format.


OPTIONS

Options may be abbreviated. Options which take values may be separated from their values either by white space.

The options are :

--ccdid integer
The FITS CCD_ID column. This command line argument is required.
 rv2fits --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--date-end string
The end date of observation, format YYYY-MM-DD. The default value is today's date.
 rv2fits --date-end 2002-05-21 --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--dateobs string
The begin date of observation, format YYYY-MM-DD. The default value is today's date.
 rv2fits --dateobs 2002-05-21 --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--filter string
The filter used. The default value is NONE.
 rv2fits --filter junk --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits -f junk --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--grating string
The grating used. The default value is NONE.
 rv2fits --grating junk --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits -g junk --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--help
Print a short help message on how to use the program.
 rv2fits --help

or

 rv2fits -h

--input string
The input RV filename. The default value is stdin. For example:
 rv2fits --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits --ccdid 2 -i foo.rv -o foo.fits

--mission string
The name of the misssion. The default value is CHANDRA.
 rv2fits --mission axaf --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits -m axaf --ccdid 2 -i foo.rv -o foo.fits

--output string
The output RDB filename. The default value is stdout. For example:
 rv2fits --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits --ccdid 2 -i foo.rv -o foo.fits

--readmode string
The FITS READMODE keyword. The default value is TIMED.
 rv2fits --readmode NOTTIMED --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits -r NOTTIMED --ccdid 2 -i foo.rv -o foo.fits

--splitthreshold string
The split threshold. The default value is 13.
 rv2fits --splitthreshold 14 --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits -s 14 --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--src_spec string
The FITS SRC_SPEC keyword. The default value is MONO.
 rv2fits --src_spec QUADRAPHONIC --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--telescope string
The name of the misssion. The default value is CHANDRA.
 rv2fits --telescope axaf --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

or

 rv2fits -t axaf --ccdid 2 -i foo.rv -o foo.fits

--time-end string
The end time of observation, format HH:MM:SS. The default value is 12:59:59
 rv2fits --time-end 12:00:00 --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--timeobs string
The end time of observation, format HH:MM:SS. The default value is 00:00:01
 rv2fits --timeobs 1:00:00 --ccdid 2 --input foo.rv --output foo.fits

--usage

--version
Print the program version number.
