Some notes on multilayer reflectivity [T. Gaetz]
The following are my "notes to myself" made while I was trying
to understand multilayers and scattering; among other things,
they include nearly verbatim transcriptions of derivations from
Jackson's "Classical Electrodynamics" and from de Boer's
papers. The discussion is by no means complete, but a number
of useful alternative representations of the scattering factors
are provided.
Comparison of Multilayer Reflectivity Codes
Results from the comparison of the two multilayer reflectivity
codes we use are presented
here.
