HRC QE and Gain Variation with Time
A plot of normalized count rates versus time for HRC-I observations of HZ 43, Cas A, and G21.5-0.9 at the aimpoint indicates that the QE is stable. The count rates shown in the plot were derived from level 1 event lists. Level 2 event lists for the HRC-I are filtered on the H-test, which may remove up to 5% of source events
A plot of normalized count rates versus time for HRC-S observations of HZ 43 and G21.5-0.9 at the aimpoint indicates that the QE is stable. The count rates shown here were derived by binning the level 2 event lists by 100 seconds in a small region around each source, and computing the mean value of the resulting lightcurve. The error bars represent the mean absolute deviation.
HRC-I Median PHA as a function of time at the aim point.
HRC-S Median PHA as a function of time at the aim point.
HRC-I Median PHA as a function of time at the aim point with linear fits.
HRC-S Median PHA as a function of time at the aim point with linear fits.
