	3 independent platforms (will) be available - IDL, perl, and C

IDL: 
	quantile.pro : main program, read the usage in the begining of the file
     	example.pro : example of using quantile.pro

perl: 
	quantile.pl : main program, read the usage  in the begining of the file
	src.txt : example src file
	bkg.txt : example bkg file

C: 
	quantile.c (will be coming)
